THE BUILDINGS - The house is constructed of traditional "Tuffeau" stone with a pitched red terracotta tiled roof. The present owners have carefully restored and modernised it, keeping where possible the original features. The walls are up to 600 cm (2 ft) thick; this keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter. The downstairs is tiled and the superb oak beams are exposed throughout. Upstairs has wood flooring. There is a second small building in the grounds.

SALON DE CHEMINEE - The superb main room is 6 x 6 metres (20 x 20 ft). "The Cheminee" is an open tuffeau fireplace. Stereo provided. Wine rack. Doors to the garden and Dining room. Open wooden staircase to bedrooms.

DINING ROOM - Separated from the kitchen by a low wooden partition. The table will seat 6 with views over the countryside. The combined size of the Kitchen/Dining room is 20' x 16'.

KITCHEN -Fully modernised with gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Equipped with all the essentials.

BEDROOMS - One double and one large room with 3 single beds with wardrobes, chest of drawers etc.

BATHROOM - a substantial one with bath/shower, W.C. and basin.
